Safeguarding: Our Sacred Duty

In today's world, creating a safe and nurturing environment within our churches has never been more crucial. As Seventh-day Adventists, we are called to be vigilant protectors of all members of our congregation, particularly those most vulnerable among us.

"Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves," instructs Proverbs 31:8, and this biblical mandate forms the foundation of our church's comprehensive safeguarding policy. This commitment extends beyond mere words – it represents our sacred duty to ensure every child and adult who enters our doors feels secure and protected.

The 'Keeping the Church Family Safeguarding Policy' serves as our guidebook in this vital mission. This essential document outlines clear procedures and guidelines that every church member should not only know but actively implement. By familiarizing ourselves with these protocols, we create a stronger shield of protection for our entire church family.
